Get a Grip on Your Anxiety
This structured 8-session group, led by Arielle Freedberg, Psy.D., will provide you with the knowledge and the skills you need to cope effectively with anxiety, worry, and stress. The group theraphy program will be educational, teaching members practical skills such as: relaxation training, challenging worry thoughts, and changing specific behaviors that make anxiety and worry stick around.
Group meets: Wednesdays, 5:30-7 PM, beginning April 6th.
